What verification means
A result of VALID confirms that LUXORIQ CASH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED holds a matching certificate record, that the record is current, and that the details shown are the details on file at the time of the check.
What verification does not mean
A verification result is a statement about a company record. It is not a licence, an accreditation, a guarantee of any individual's conduct, and it is not an endorsement by any regulator, bank or government body.
Status can change
The company may suspend or revoke a certificate at any time. A certificate that verified successfully in the past may show a different status later. The status shown at the time of checking is the authoritative one.
Acceptable use
Automated bulk querying, scraping and attempts to enumerate certificate records are not permitted, and requests are rate limited. Misrepresenting a certificate or its status may be pursued under applicable law.
Availability
The portal is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be unavailable during maintenance.
